CONDUCTING AGREEMENTS for shop on rent basis and LEAVE AND LICENSE AGREEMENTS for a home on rent basis whether above title right to use in agreements.

conducting agreement : usually with longer term : usually for business premises
For Example: a Running Hotel with License Furniture fixture, gas, electricity, board, table & chair, and a running goodwill business. If another man improve upon for false ceiling, sitting arrangement, Advertisements, renovation and spent few lakhs on it, he prefer Conducting Agreement with all such terms and condition that suit both, with increasing compensations per month, or per year, for 60 months.

LL Agr, I beleive ,I need not explain, as known to all. 11 months, and vacant your residential or shop premises. [ It also is with increased period for 3 yrs now allowed
