respected sir,
last month in march our new vehical accident on the road. suddenly a lady come on the road and touch with him. she was not too much injured. just 3-4 steach in his head. i was not driver. after 25 days they complaint against me. in fir mention that i was driver.its not real because i was not driver. the another person was driving the vehical. and that vehical was not mine. its my cousion vehical. so what can i do now. the fir against me.

Dear Naresh
if you have some documentory proof that you were not driver that time you are at another place, you can file a Quash petition before HC and on these documentory proof HC may quash the FIR.

You can make a complaint to SP for free and fair trial as you were not driver.

If she comp after 25 days, simply say you were nowhere around. Let her prove whatever.
