Good and interesting question!
In my view, there is no bar on appointing an Advocate without surrender. Thus you can obtain certified copy through Advocate.

u can apply thru., an advocate. Summoing order is not necessary, u have to obtain FIR and complaint certified copies.

you say that you are summoned. In that case you must receive a copy of summons as well as copy of complaint. That is sufficient for filing of bail application. you need not obtain the order of the court. Even otherwise, you may apply to the court for certified copy of the order even if you have not yet appeared. The court has to issue copy to you.
