Some of your own credits or company's share seems to have not been deposited with the PF authority. You can check with the EPFO about your missing credits and take up appropriately with the concerned office as well as the PF authorities.

Ask the details, under RTI from concerned pf department.

you should approach the authorities under the Employees Provident Fund.
Kirti Kar Tripathi (Expert) 06 March 2012
You make a complaint to P.F authorities, giving particulars of date of your appointment, date of resignation, am-mount of salary earned during the tenure and amount actual received and request them to ensure from employer as you whether the have properly complied the provisions of EPF and if not to do needful in this regard. It is the responsibility of PF department to get the compliance fulfilled and take legal action for non compliance. If the authorities do not take action, approach High Court and seek mandamus against department.

I endorse the views of Tripathi.

First issue a notice to the company in this regard and then follow the advise of Ld. Tripathi.
