Lose the case in jr division court, thane

Hello all,
Myself Ramakant Tiwari, reside in thane want a suggestions from all experts of law
that one of my tenant has file a suit under section 6 of special relief act in jr division thane court, regarding the propert (10*10) in slum area stating that, we (landlord) has forcefully make him to vacate the said premises, and finally he win the case.
Dear all i just want to know that currently possession of said property is with us and how we can retain it and where should we file or go for appeal in which court same senior division court of high court.
please reply and give advice for some senior lawyer for the same.
