Winding up petition

Recently I have got a matter for Winding up a company. Can anyone help me with the stageis in the matter and the procedure of winding up petition. It is to be filed before Bombay High Court.

Also if any one can provide me with a format of winding up petition.

there is no ready made format . it wouldepend upon facts and circumstances of each case .

have you issued notice under companies act for winding up of the company . issue legal noitce first ..

if no reply received file petition for winding up . it will come for acceptance .

if court is satisfied that notice has been issued and sufficent time given for respondents to make payment or file reply then petition will be accepted .

it will come up for admission . generally caseas are settled at stage of admission . if however there is bonafide dispute between parties you would have to file a suit
