If the borrower get benefit of OTS Scheme and do OTS with bank but don't complied by the borrower and thusOTS gets failed in this case can the borrower approach the bank again for OTS?

Or can the borrower settle the account again even he was being failed in OTS?

'OTS'(one time settlement)is offered by bank
to collect it's NPAs.So in your situation you can approach rest is the wish of the BANK.
