Question related to maharashtra co -op housing society act , 1960

Can a Tenant of the society can become a member of the society ? and if yes does such member have a voting right & participate in election of the managing commitee?

I believe you mean a Tenant of the Member who own Flat in Society.
Such tenant of Member can become Nominal Member of Society.
Tenant will not have any voting right or participate in Election of MC.

yes he is only a tenant owns a shop - but ownership rights with the society
