Plot of land

Dear Expert,
We are living in a house build on Plot of land.
The house is registered in our grand father's name.
My father has expired 10 year ago.They are six brother and sister's.
We have already paid the due amount of there share in early years, but unfortunately it was not recorded and property was not legally tfd in name of our father.
We are living in the house for over 30 years separately.
Please advice whether there is any course of action that house can be transferred in name of our brother, since our relations are not good with all of them and it has been over 20 years now and nobody has ever visited us.

Since there is no proof of payment, you need to excute now a deed of amicable partition or deed of relinquishment.
