Lost of identity card

hi, i am an advocate. Last week i have lost my identity card, issued by the Bar Association of Delhi High Court.
Could anyone please tell me the procedure and the documents required for its reissue?

have you iNTimated the bar association about loss of identity card .
make an application for issue of duplicate identity card

Go through the bye-laws of Bar Association of Delhi High Court for any specific rules regarding this. If it is silent. Then Lodge report of lost of id in police station. Thereafter, make application with Bar Association of Delhi High Court, they would issue.

1. Whenever a document is lost, you should report it to Police + The agency issuing it to prevent its misuse.

2. Apply for duplicate as per the procedure and depositing the required fee.
