Hi rajiv,
the simple ans is NO. but one thing if that widow DIL is a member of HUF, in that case she can file/seek/ entitled to get benefit from the source of THAT HUF.
In the provision u/s.125 of Cr.P.C.as laid down by the Lagislature there is no scope to seek MAINTANACE FROM FIL/MIL/BIL.
BUT in civil procd. HUF is present in our hand.
