Does Influence of Powerful Accused / Defendants works in Indian Judiciary ?

Are we following the Same judicial system which was made by Britishers ?

This matter illustrates as to how one gets Victimized while searching justice in Courts. In spite of the matter Expedited in the year of 2007, Justice delayed is justice Denied

capt sukhdev singh you had raised similar queries earlier . you had called me up also wherein i had advised you to engage a lawyer . the problem is you are fighting case in person .

in addition i had advised you to take out notice of motion for interim reliefs .

merely because you are a sikh does not mean that bombay high court will discriminate against you . the probelm is heavy backlog of cases .

even expedited suits take long time to be disposed of
