I want justice and equity. Proving adultery is very difficult even photograph is not enough to satisfy court. On the other hand DM, SDO is supporting her reason many one of it for their self. Trying shielding their subordinate because if it is exposed many officers/employees will be in troubles. As per recent information she also deprived her first illicit person and enjoying with a married man as second illicit person. She is staying 430 km away from me. I am not getting justice.

If an RCR can not be executed,It opens the Door of DIVORCE.
You yourself admit adultery is no easy to prove, but to you she is adulterous, then what is left,go for DIVORCE paving your way clean by her non response to RCR.

SO in India a man can never get justice against his wife i.e. like adulterous criminal wife. It is really shameful in India Man have to act like Gandhi ji only tolarate, will keep patients then finally forgive whatever the nature of crime might have been faced never expect justice. DIVORCE will be the ultimate which may his wife can expect as gift becuase she will get a license to cheat another one.

In India law is not so much different from other countries, but its SPEED is very indifferent too slow that one can not even feel that some thing is moving on towards justice and some time people loose their whole carrier prospect of life just for a consideration of taking dates in courts.
You are broken in heart, but on charges you have against her,RCR,is not the solution, either you proceed for Divorce or not,but the moment you bring her to face prosecution on these charges and fail to prove she deserves conviction beyond reasonable doubt, the whole scenario will prove to be a blessing in disguised to her making the same to be ground of divorce available to her against you.

In order to prove her adulterous behaviour, you may consider engaging the services of private detective who will gather clinching evidence and help you in the matter.
