Address of cooperative/registrar housing society meerut

sir
i am intersted in getting a copy of the by-laws of a cooperative housing society registered in ghaziabad U.P.
I am told i can get the copy from Meerut
I do not have the address and telephone number of registrar/cooperative housing society, meerut u.p.
pl. let me know the address and telephone no of meerut office so that i can procure a copy of the by-laws of the cooperativ housing society. pl. if possible let me kknow the procedure and charges i have to pay

address has not been received. I went to meerut but could not get the address from there. so had to come back
