an indian national want to attest a power of attorney for property in india he has photo id issued by election commission,dept of taxation & dept of motor vehicle/transportation passport not available @ present copy of passport available consulate ask for original passport are three id's sufficient to identify the person & get P.O.Attorney notories in embassy/consulate

You might have an attested copy of passport which could do the work. and also your other identities should do your work and i mean any photo identity can do your owrk.

if it has to be executed before counselor,passport is needed.
