under sec 134 judge magistrate or officer of court are mentioned who r given immunity but sec 135 cpc again mentions pleader.in this view of fact i want to know whether pleader is given double immunity one in sec 134 or in sec 135.i think nature of immunity is dirrent.

Did you hear about the terrorist who hijacked a 747 full of lawyers? He threatened to release one every hour if his demands weren't met.

What does you mean by those persons?
Whether the same person against whom criminal and civil proceedings are going on?
If so then you must be knowing both the acts are different and can be implemented in that way.
So,the immunity can't be granted in CrPC.

You may see Order-16 R-10(3)of CPC. This empowers the Civil Court to arrest the witness.
