Approach any council of your choice. Discuss the case with him. Ask him what his fee would be. You can get the fee quote in writing also. If you agree with the fee, then entrust the case to him. Give him the Vakalatnama. That is it. Whenever you make payment of fee, obtain receipt from him. Engaging a private council it is not a rocket science.

you can ask to your known persons in this regard if your matter is related with criminal than hire a criminal lawyer or if civil than civil lawyer
