I have filed a arbitration petition before Deputy Registrar, Registrar of Co-operative Society, New Delhi.

The last date of hearing was 25-03-2011 on which the case was finalised and discussed by the Deputy Registrar but till date he has not yet passed the orders inspite of various reminder and request.

Now, can i apply for the copy of order sheet on which the day to day proceeding are noted under the RTI Act and is there any case law on the above.

YOU Can apply for the copy of order sheet on which the day to day proceeding are noted even from that very office of the Deputy Registrar .

Yes you have every right to get the copy of the daily orders. But, not under RTI. It is a judicial proceedings. You have to apply through the copy application.
