Sir, We are staying in a complex there are total 128 flats, but at present 30 family are staying there and only 30 family have done Registry of flat. Can we form flat owners association & is this association can be Register?

Yes you can constitute flat owners association and it can be registered under society registration act.

If there is any mentioned regarding the Association already in existence, in the sale deed, you can not form a new association.

If there is no indication, you can form association.
