If its fresh motion mean you can file a special leave petition on vacation court by stating your urgency.. Otherwise i mean already pending case mean you can't..

Yes. You can do it before the vacation court.

you can file only if some urgent relief like stay is prayed.

routine SLPs will not be taken up during vacations.

for certain period of time even the registry is closed during vacations.

if there is some limitation issue then its better to file it as soon as possible in order to save time.
