re join my services?

Hi. I wanted to know about an employee who has left his job without being relived from his duties (i.e. without resigning or serving his notice period and without informing his senior for reasons not known to the employer) then what happen?

can i re-join my duties?

You will be deemed to be absent from the services.

The employer has to decide on the reappointment.

You can try to rejoin, if your service has not been terminated by the management.

If your employer is ready then you can join. Here the question should have been whether they would let to join or not and not whether you can join.
