Jursitication for Filing FIR and Time limit

wife has made fake experience letter as nurse for going aborad. Can husband file 463 in police station.

Fake document prepared by her friend in Kolkata and sent to Kerala on gmail. Email is still there, where they exchanged intital work expericence and forged work experience. Given the fact fake medical document risk patients life, what is punishment term.

Where I should file the FIR, Kolkata or Kerala.

you can file both places, first you can send the that particular emigration officer or ambassador send the mail aforesaid reasons, if they are not taking any action against her, thereafter file the case at police station.

my objective is not make her lose job or future, but to realise how false 498a and going to police station is impatcing me.

Just want her to confess truth and I would agree to her divorce petition. You cannot force someone to love you.

It is better to bring the crime in the written knowledge of concerned officials wherein the aforesaid certificate has been used or is proposed to be used and seek FIR to be lodged on their behalf failing which you can do so either of the places as crime started from Kolkatta and ended in Kerala. There is no time limit in initiating such action.
