Application in higher court

If lower court has granted bail. Where the party can apply for the cancellation of bail. Can the party apply for cancellation directly in the High court or they have to first apply in the lower court.

yes, they can approach high court also.

Under sec.439[2]of Cr.P.C High Court or Court of Session may cancell the bail and direct that any person who has been released on bail be arrested and commit him to custody.

If the accused is not breaching any conditions of the bail and is also not trying to influence any witnesses can the bail still be cancelled?

they can move to the higher court but the chances of cenciletion of bail is very low@!

No under the circumstances stated by you, bail can not be cancelled.
