POLICE INTIMATION

There is property dispute in the family. The eldest son is giving suicide threat to the mother who is the owner of property. Since it is an acquired property and she is 81 years of age, she wants to sell the property and equally divide the share. To this act of the mother, the eldest son is giving legal as well as suicide threat if the property is sold. For the safety of other family members, we would like to give a police complaint. PLEASE GIVE A DRAFT OF COMPLAIN TO BE FILED WITH THE POLICE DEPT. Also any additional safety measures you would like to suggest. Thanks

There is no ready made police complaint available. Consult a lawyer with your papers and information.

Yes or go to the Police station and verbally reproduce the allegation , the Police would draft the complaint on their own.

such complaints are written as per facts and circumstances....narrate the whole matter to police, they will write the complaint themselves.

Suppose he also lodges a police complaint against your or against your police complaint he states to the police that you have lodged a false complaint to make him arrest, so that you may compel the mother to sell the property and to grab the sale proceeds, then what will happen? Only enmity may grow.

Better find a peaceful solution to the problem without involving police in your family matters.
