SIR,
MR. RAJ KUMAR MAKKAD, HAS SUGGESTED TO MOVE A MOTION IMMEIEDIEATLY.
I HAVE POSTED THE QUERY TO KNOW IF A MOTION CAN BE MOVED IN A CONTEMPT CASE EVEN IF THE JUDGE CONCERNED IS SITTING IN A DIVISION BENCH.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 28 March 2011
No, unless the particular judge is not sitting singly , no contempt petition for violation of his order could be heard by any other judge.
