regarding the suit in the civil court

Dear sir/madam,
I have filed a civil suit regarding my property in the session court.It is still going on or we can say is in progress.If I display my cards the defendant will come to know about it as this will be displayed on your site. I need your expert advise as this is the first time I have gone into litigation.So how will I know whether I am on the right track ? Please Kindly Help.

you have not explained the case so it is difficult to tell you are on track or off track

If you do not disclose the details of the case and the reliefs prayed for, only God can guide you to be on the right track.

Thanks for your replies.Appreciated for a promt and early replies.Well sir, regarding the last expert,I can say that an interim order was not given in my favour because the Judge said that if it was passed in my favour then the outcome would be decided very early.If the case prolongs then the Plaintiff (myself)would definitely would able to prove his rights as the structure would remain as and where is.
