SIR/MADAM
I"ll feel oblige if get reply and response for my question- A man named Rajinder Kumar made registeries and further special power of attorneys with fake identity and signatures of Anil Kumar. On the registered documents the photograph and the thumb impression is of Rajinder Kumar but he produced himself and signed as Anil Kumar.I had made a complaint on Dt. 19-10-2010 to the concerned Authority and provided all the documentry proofs with the ASI- enquiry officer on Dt.24-12-2010, but after a long time the enquiry officer except excuses no action is taking to write down the F.I.R.I have also made written reminders to the higher authorities also, but no action is taken.Please suggest me what should I do ? 2ndly may I go to the court for order to the concerned authority for F.i.R.
Please help me and provide me the legal opinion in this matter.

Yes you should immediately go to the court and file a petition u/s 156(3) crpc reproducing the allegations in details. At the same time file complaint before the SP of the concerned police so the police starts prompt actions nce the Court asks them to do so.
