Govt advocate if you are pointing towards the public prosecutor then UPSC conducts exam for the post of A.P.P and vacancies are very less and the P.P prosecute on the behalf of the state Govt pleaders also be appointed on the part of the panel Suppose if your are practising in the High Court and willing to take the cases of Delhi Police and then apply for its panelship where you may be elevated upto senior panelist It all depend how eager you can act on the behalf
