is there any provision of review of the order passed by the Information Commissioner under RTI act and under what provision a review can be filed before the information commission.

There is no provision of review, you can only appeal as per the provisions laid own in Sections 18, 19 & 20.

There is no specific provision for review, But you can once again present a 2nd appeal petition. Based on this the RTI Commission will pass fresh orders.
