Can matter which is not raised in the notice be asked in the Plaint in partition suit?

Yes. Notice has got no role to play in a suit for partition.Only the quamtum of share sought to be claimed in the plaint should properly be mentioned.

Partition suit is only a suit in which share of the each plaintiff and defendnat will be determined

Share in the property is a legal vested right and legal rights are not subject to admissions made in ingnorance. Court is duty bound to decide your legal share in partition suit irrespective of claim in the notice
