Sir
my clients are in encroachment of poramboake lands, type: Kallankuthu. They are in encroachment of the same for 30 years. I have obtained Injunction against Goverment from interfereing with their possession. Now Distict Revenue officer and other revenue officials managed to delete the names of my client and managed to tamper the goverment records and they also filed a counter stating that they are not bound to issue notice under Land encroachment act and evictmy clients under the act. and thy also contest by saying that no need for Audi Alteram partem.
Whether my clients have perfected title by long possession.

whether the officials are not bound to give notice under land encroachment act

They are bound to give show cause notice. If they are doing it without notice,you can approach the High court by a writ of mandamus.

As per your stated facts, the land in dispute is poramboak lands.Mere pocession over the land does not creat perfect title.
