RTI application-Fee

(Querist) 27 November 2010 This query is : Resolved
I wish to make a RTI application in Gujarat. State Government Gazette states that fee can be paid via Non-Judicial Stamp of Rs. 20/-. My question is do we have to print the application on Stamp paper or we have to just attach it with application? What if we just attach it and someone who opens the application use that stamp paper for his/her personal purpose?

In stamp paper write the name of Information seeker i.e. applicant.
