release deed of proeprty

Mother: died intestate and leaving behind her self acquired proeprty.
four daughters inherits to property from her mother.
whether a daughter can execute a release deed without consideration in favour of other sisters ?

No if the deed is registered. If not then in the release deed the sisters will have to state that in lieu of their share they got owelty money.

Yes she can execute a release deed with the consent of her heirs without any consideration.

Yes, Mr Khalil is right, she can execute a release deed volunteerly and willingly with consent of her heirs without taking any consideration.
