Change of Umpire - Middle of Arbitration Proceeding!!!!!!!!!!

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 11 October 2010 This query is : Resolved
Dear All,

During the pendency of the Arbitral proceedings due to personal reasons if the Umpire/Presiding Arbitrator is unable to continue with the proceedings then what is the way out - again the Arbitrators will decide about the new Umpire/Presiding Arbitrators or the parties have to approach the Hon'ble Court to get the same appointed.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards

KINDLY NOTE THAT WITH MUTUAL CONCENT OF PARTIES YOU CAN APPOINT ARBITRATOR AS PER PROVISIONS OF ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION ACT 1996.

YOU ARE LUCKY INSTEAD IT IS ADVISABLE THAT YOU MAY KINDLY APPROACH COURT FOR SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTE AS YOU WILL GET JUST AND PROPER ORDER PLEASE NOTE.THANKS.
