respected experts i was a secretary in csi diosis and i was dismissed by the bishop lost weak.according to the law of diosice the commite can be dismissed if the commitee fails to audit every month.subsequently the commitee has failed to audit several months now can i go to court to dismiss the commitee if not what should i do to dismiss the commitee advice me pls

Is it Registered Under Societies Act - if so the disputes between the members of the society and any transaction touching the affairs of the Society shall be decided by District Judge in Proceedings initiated by one party against other party - Original Petition - Regd Societies -OP- Please Check up with your local Senior advocate on the subject .

word is 'can be dismissed' but by whom and who can file such petition?

I think any person, who so ever has knowledge about the violation of any rule, he can sue such company/organization before the competent authority.
