1, Father executing a will in favor of his son now he is an American citizen ( Person of Indian Origin ) Is there any impediment to hold the property obtained by will deed as per Foreign Exchange Management Act.

2, If a person obtained some property by will deed, whether it can be say that he inherited the property

Sir then what it mean section 6 (5) of FEMA 1999

2. The property is treated as inherited property.
