What is the limitation to claim share by daughters in fathers property (Ancestral // Self Acquired)

pls guide urgent

its self acqired property mean, if any will alive mean she can't claim anything against that will..

if its ancetral property mean by birth she having right on the property.. even any encumbarance made withhout allot her share mean she have to file partition with in three years from the date of knowledge..

but self aquired mean she cant claim while father alive.. [in case no will about the property]

There is no limitation unless somebody is claiming any right to the property adverse to the rights of the daughters.In such a case when Adverse Possession or Rights are claimed, limitation will be Twelve Years from the date of such first claim.
