Dear sir This is manjunath, sir my grand mother(my mothers mother)she had three daughter in that she given her own property to her first daughter as a gift deed ,can she take back in court her property frm first daughter

Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 08 September 2010
No. The gift once executed is irrevocable un
unless it is set aside by the court on the ground of undue influence.
Surender Dhull (Expert) 08 September 2010
Agree with Mr. Devajyoti but there is one exception tha that the gift must be accepted in the deed, if that gift has not been accepted as written by the donee then it may be revoked on this point also and othere wise agrre with Mr. Devajyoti.
thanks
