Criminal procedure code section 156 (3) is a useful provision for publics? Because, in which situation publics approach our honourable courts? If police peoples didn't take any steps in favour of them complaint mean they are approaching court. But our courts directing the police to file F.I.R and investigation. In this circumstances, the police wil be supportive to the complainants? Any one can answer.

Yes, Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. is effective as it is an order of the Court. In case the police does not investigate properly, the Court may be asked to have its monitoring over the matter.

Both of you are correct only. Even mr.subramanian know the fact in tamilnadu. If we got direction against the police people mean surely they won't investigate the matter properly. But surely they wil register the f.i.r then without proper investigation they wil close the file
