Sir,
I have written a JAO exam in which the marks weight age given in notification are as
Accounts 35
Auditing 20
Costing25 but the questions were asked like accounts51 auditing 16 balance for costing
Can I file a writ petition for cancellation of exam and re exam
Will this be a vlid ground
Are there any pervious instances where court issued order in favour of students in similar situations
Pls help me

Yes, you can file a case/writ against the department conducting examination / prospective employer for change in the pattern of marks.
Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for proper guidance and proceeding.
