Employer is denying of releiving letter as i am resigning in

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 25 July 2018 This query is : Resolved
Hi,
I am in probation period and wants to resign from my post as i am not feeling comfortable in company and environment as they have assigned me to very bad support project. As per my offer letter, notice period in my probation period is of 1 month. I am ready to serve 1 month notice period. But my project manager is saying that he has spent huge amount on my background verification. He won't be issuing relieving letter if i will be serving 1 month notice period only. He is threatening me to serve 3 month notice period (after probation period notice period in my company is of 3 month ) otherwise he will do following things:
a) won't issue relieving letter
b) won't issue experience letter
c) give very negative remarks in my further background verification
d) will ensure that i won't get job in any other company by blacklisting me
He is also threatening me that he can change my offer letter terms and conditions increasing notice period in probation period from one month to 3 month as there is below line in my offer letter
"Company reviews its compensation structure and policies from time to time. The compensation structure and benefits offered to you in this offer letter are subject to change and the same will be communicated to you at the time of joining date or at a later date when such change becomes applicable"
Please help me out. I really want to get out from here properly within one month only.

Did you issue your notice for leaving the company/employer?? If not, submit it now and revert to a local lawyer for further guidance and proceeding.

I am planning to put it today. Shall I mark my personal mail ID in that resignation letter or any other way I should put down my papers. Please suggest me.

When you are facing with so many difficulties, still why you want to serve only one month notice period.
What is the tearing hurry?
Have you got any alternate job?
Whether your new company is OK if you do not get any relieving letter from your previous organization?
Think many times, before you take any further step.

I don't want to work in assigned project. My next employer is asking for releiving letter. I am going by terms and conditions mentioned in offer letter. Can my manager is authorised to deny releasing my releiving letter if I am serving notice period as per offer letter which is of 1 month in probation period? Can manager is authorised to change terms and conditions of offer letter anytime?

Assume that he is changing for which he is not authorised. What will you do. You will approach courts of law. How long will it take to conclude the case. In the meantime, what will you do?

But sir, if I will continue according to him, what is guaranteed that he won't be extending my 3 month notice period and give me related documents.

When he says serve 3 months notice period, that will be in writing, isn't it?
Then in terms of the said letter if you serve 3 months notice period, you would have fulfilled your obligation. Isn't it?
That will place you in a better position to take up any of your grievances through legal means, if necessary. In any case, you will not be handicapped in joining any new organization, as is being handicapped now.

He is not saying anything in written sir. He is threating me saying different different things like he will blacklist me, won't allow to leave me etc etc. He is only saying these words.
