how can they left you with out signature?
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 03 February 2010
If your lawyer has signed on the compromise then those signature shall be treated on your part and you are bound by that compromise and undertaking to pay.
R.R. KRISHNAA (Expert) 03 February 2010
You can challenge the compromise decree as had been obtained under fraud and misrepresentation and you can show the court that you had not consented to the compromise decree and indeed not signed the same. You can also say that you had not authorised your advocate to enter/sign any compromise with your opponent.
