Want to know wether arrest u/s 125 Cr.P.C is civil in nature or criminal in nature , Secondly wether the offense is bailable?

Criminal in nature. Bail is granted but subject of payment.

I do agree to Sh. Barman ji's view. But for each default "maximum" 1 month jail term is Law.

Bail is discretiion of the court but the max. punishment is 1 month.
