in criminal case can we complaint to court by regesiter post?
if yes please give any supreme court orders ....

You have to send the complaint to the nearest police station preferably in person or if not possible through post. However, the police would not immediately accept your complaint and register FIR. They need to verify the veracity of the facts contained in the complaint. Therefore, they would summon both the parties and make inquiries. Therefore, it is not possible to send the complaint to the court directly. Even if it is sent to the court, the court may refer it to the police department in which case, you would be going round about.

personal presence is must in criminal cases or you can file thru., an advocate, except NI Act complainant present is necessary to file the complaint.
