can a member of Bar Council of India, who has not written it's exam but got enrolled as an advocate, be appointed as a whole time Company Secretary of a Company?
Is there any need to surrender bar council membership?
kindly clarify this.

An Advocate who stands enrolled with either of the Bar Councils of India, has to surrender his certificate while accepting a whole time job irrespective of the consideration he had passed certain exam or not.
