Salary account with icici freezed without notice

My salary account has been frozen by ICICI Bank since 6 months now. I have not received any notice or information for the reason of freeze.
On enquiry, I am only told that Mumbai central team from ICICI Bank has received a cyber crime request to debit freeze my account.
I have no information about the reason. I approached the local cybercrime. They said they will check with the bank.
Last time I approached them was 4 months ago. Is there any hope or getting back my account to normalcy.

Contact branch manager, if not satisfied report the matter to Banking ombudsman and lodge FIR.
Consult a local prudent lawyer for proper guidance and proceeding.
