Sir,
I am law student ..I have read that Under Article 136 , there is provison of challenging the order of High Court, Tribunal by the way of SLP before supreme Court of India. If any court, Tribunal passed an order A and subsequently affirmed it by second order B.
Under this circumstance, whether both orders A & B can be challenged in one SLP.?
Which order is treated as Impugned order (A or B or Both) ?
pLEASE CLARIFY

Any person aggrieved with the order/judgment can prefer its appeal but the grievance can only be against the order/judgment passed against him and thus the order/judgment in which he got relief cannot be clubbed therein and thus impugned order/judgment shall be only under appeal.
