In 498 case court has laid condition that I cannot leave the country without prior permission .Although I hold an Indian passport I need to travel abroad for official work .Taking court permission each time is time consuming and cumbersome .
Can i get this condition waived off by court easily ?My advocate said court will ask u to pay a huge amount as surety .i don't want to pay surety .Is there any other way out ?
Experts please guide .thank u in anticipation .

if you dont want to pay any surety it is better you take permission from court whenever you want to travel abroad

If you don't want to pay any amount towards your surety before the court then it is better to take permission every time from the court when you need to go abroad.

Court will consider intensity of offence, its punishment and amount of claimed if any for deciding surety..

Lawyers fee will depend on individual lawyer, you cannot take that into consideration. Suppose you violate the bail conditions, you will be put behind the bars in jail, will it be okay?, do not take law easily.
