IS A ADVOCATE WHO IS RUNNING LAW CLASSES PRACTISE IN THE INDIAN COURT OF LAW AND REPRESENT HIS CLIENT AS AND ADVOCATE IN COURT

Advocate who Running law classes full time is not allowed to practice in Indian Court Law. If he honurary Running law classes he can practice in Indian Court Law.

An Advocate can take up a part time job. job up to 3 hours daily is treated as part time whatever salary he may be receiving. Moreover, teaching Law is specifically permitted. But when an advocate is appointed as a full time teacher, he can not continue on the roll of bar.
