I HAD PURCHASED A 2 BHK FLAT IN A UNDERCONSTRUCTION PROJECT. THE RATE WAS VERY
REASONABLE.I PAID FULL AMOUNT THRO CHQ.ALL ENTRIES IN PASS BOOK REFLECTS THE AMT PAID TO THE DEVELOPER. THE DEVELOPER GIVEN ME A
SIMPLE ALLOTMENT LETTER ON WHICH FLAT NO,FLOOR NO. & THE AMT IN WHICH OUR DEAL FINALISED. NOW THIS PROJECT IS BEING DELAYED BY 3 YRS DUE TO MUNICIPAL PASSING AUTHORITIES
THIS BUILDER IS DEVELOPING VARIOUS PROJECT IN THE CITY BY DIFFERENT COMPANY NAMES WITH SAME PROMOTERS/PARTNERS.SOME OTHER PROJECTS ARE NEAR TO COMPLETION.WE ASKED TO TRANSFER
OUR INVESTMENT TO HIS COMPLETE PROJECT & HAND OVER THE POSSESION IN COMPLETE PROJECT.
BUT HE IS NOT AGREEING OUR REQUEST.
WHAT LEGAL ACTION WE CAN TAKE<

The sale agreement needs to be checked. If there is mo escape route out of delay from civic authorities then you can claim damages from consumer forum.
